I decided not to post anything until it was absolutely final. Scared of jinxing things, you know. I'm pretty good at that. But now I think it's safe to say... WE SOLD OUR HOUSE! Woot! We closed on it today, and I said my final goodbyes. It was bittersweet. I loved that house for so many reasons.
5) It was off the road. I didn't have to worry about Macey and roads... nor did I have second thoughts about running around in my nothings all day with open windows. :D
4) Big private backyard.
3) Vaulted ceilings made for lots of natural light. Love.
2) It took 10 minutes to get anywhere.
1) The neighbors. I get teary eyed thinking about how much I will miss the people (young and old) in that area. It never really hit me until now, because we still had the house and visited quite a bit and saw everyone. I couldn't have asked for a better mix of friends. Some of my best friends from that area are 50 year old women, and some 16 year old girls!
The buyers really lucked out. I hope they realize that. :) If not, they will shortly!

Oh man, *I* want your house! Too bad it's not located in California. Where are you moving to? It is hard to move from good neighbors, I feel your pain. Good luck on your move!
Yeah! Finally! That has to be a load off! Not that you have a load, or at least in the sense that you think I said you had a load:P

I loved your house too!! All of our moves have just gotten better and better. I hope we never move again cause I'm scared that the pattern won't continue. haha!
Where are the Slades off too? No matter the where nor the reason for the move, it's no fun and leaving a home you loved is hard. Hopefully you'll see a bright side down the road when you are looking back.
This was the house in Provo that should have sold before we moved a couple of towns away! We moved in July without having sold it, hindsight tells us never to do that again. ;)
